Hide, Unhide, and Show Hidden Items or Records

For any number of reasons, you might want to hide an item or record from its list so that you don't see it appear in the list with other items or records. Right now, you can do this for Residences, Personal Contacts, and Event Logs. Load a Photo into Pinventory®

Sometimes a photo just won't load into Pinventory®. There can be a few reasons for this: 1. The photo was edited with a piece of software that embedded certain metadata fields that Pinventory® can't recognize. 2. The photo was taken vertically instead of horizontally.

Add a New User, Profile or Home Inventory

Your Basic Plan comes with two Users, one Profile and one Home Inventory. If you want to add additional users, Profiles or Home Inventories, you can go to My Account - Plans & Pricing (https://pinventory.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038356111) and add them there. Reminder: only the Admin can add Users, Profiles and Home Inventories.
