Hide Phone Number from a Secondary User
Restore a Deleted Phone Number
- Go to www.pinventory.com.
- Login using the username and password you created when you signed up for Pinventory.
- Click on the Member Profile picture for the profile you want to access.
- Click “Manage Numbers.”
- Click “Add Number.”
- Fill out the required fields.
- Add a “Phone Ext.”
- Click “Save.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
- Click the blue pencil icon to edit a “Number.”
- Choose a field to edit.
- Click “Save.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
- Click on the red trash icon to delete a “Number.”
- On the “Attention” screen, click “Yes” to continue deleting.
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
- Click the green circle icon to hide a “Number” from a secondary user.
- Find the name of the “User” you want to hide the record from.
- Check the box under “Do Not Share.”
- Click “Not Share With.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
- Click “Restore Deleted.”
- Find the “Number” you want to restore.
- Check the box under “Restore.”
- Click “Restore.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
How to Use Manage Numbers in Member Details
- Go to www.pinventory.com

- Find the name of the “User” you want to hide the record from.
- Check the box under “Do Not Share.”
- Click “Not Share With.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
- Find the “Number” you want to restore.
- Check the box under “Restore.”
- Click “Restore.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
