Create a User Profile

1. Click on “Create Profile.”

2. Fill out:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Primary Phone Number
   4. Email Address
   5. Date of Birth
   6. Choose to upload an Avatar or choose an Avatar color.
   7. Click “Save Changes.”

3. Click “Ok.”
