A Rec Ord No or “Record Order Number” is a new field in Pinventory that allows users to number their Home Inventory records so that they can be printed in a specific order for reports. This article goes over how to use the new field to add a Rec Ord No to a Home Inventory record.
- Go to www.pinventory.net.
- Login using the username and password you created when you signed up for Pinventory.
- Click on the Member Profile picture for the profile you want to access.
- Click on the “Home Inventory” section on the left side of the screen to expand the menu.
- Click on “Home Inventory Items.”
- Click on the blue pencil icon to open an inventory record
- Add a “Rec Ord No.”
- Click “Save Changes.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
