Add Inventory Items via Computer

Before adding an inventory item, ensure your residence is activated. Refer to the article "How to Turn a Residence On" for guidance.

  1. Go to www.pinventory.net.
  2. Login using the username and password you created when you signed up for Pinventory.

  1. Click on the Member Profile picture for the profile you want to access.

  1. Click on the “Home Inventory” section on the left side of the screen to expand the menu.

  1. Click on “Home Inventory Items.”

  1. Click “Add Inventory Item.”

  1. Fill out the required fields.

  1. Add any additional information to the fields.

  1. Click “Save Changes.”

  1. A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”

  1. Click “Add Photos.”

  1. Another pop-up will appear; click “Choose Files.”

  1. Choose the photo that needs to be uploaded to the record and click “Open.”

  1. Click “Save.”

  1. Click “Financial.”

  1. Add any additional information to the fields.

  1. Click “Moving/Storage.”

  1. Add any additional information to the fields.

  1. Click “Warranty/Insurance Info.”

  1. Add any additional information to the fields.

  1. Click “Custom Fields/Collections.”

  1. Click “Add Custom Field.”

  1. Choose a “Custom Field Type.”

  1. Create a “Custom Field Title.”

  1. Click “Save.”

  1. A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”

  1. Add any additional information to the custom fields.

  1. Click “Save Changes.”

  1. A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
