Getting Help and Support with Pinventory®

Help and support are available during normal business hours (M-F 8am to 6pm EST) and even on weekends.  We have a variety of ways we can support you:

1.  Pinventory®'s Help Center has an extensive set of articles that can help you find your own answers.  It's especially helpful during off hours.  Simply click on Settings -> Get Help to open up the Help Center:

You can find help by inputting search terms or by selecting one of the topic sections.

2.  We offer live chat for basic questions during normal business hours.  Click on the "Support?" tab in the bottom right corner to initiate a chat session:

If we are not available, you can leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we return!

3.  We can set up a video session and one of our trained staff can help you, at a cost of $60/hr, pro-rated in 15 minute intervals.
