Restoring a Deleted Name Change

  1. Go to www.pinventory.com
  2. Login using the username and password you created when you signed up for Pinventory.

  1. Click on the Member Profile picture for the profile you want to access.

  1. Click on the blue circle to open “Legal Name Changes.”

  1. Click “Add Legal Name Change.”

  1. Fill out the fields.

  1. Click “Save Changes.”

  1. A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”

  1. Click the blue pencil icon to edit a “Legal Name Change.”

  1. Choose a field to edit.

  1. Click “Save.”

  1. A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”

  1. Click on the red trash icon to delete a “Legal Name Change.”

  1. On the “Attention” screen, click “Yes” to continue deleting.

  1. A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”

  1. Click “Restore Deleted.”

  1. Find the “Legal Name Change” you want to restore.

  1. Check the box under “Restore.”

  1. Click “Restore.”

  1. A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”

  1. Click the green circle icon to hide a “Legal Name Change” from a secondary user.

  1. Find the name of the “User” you want to hide the record from.

  1. Check the box under “Do Not Share.”

  1. Click “Not Share With.”

  1. A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
