Documenting a Legal Name Change
Restoring a Deleted Name Change
- Go to www.pinventory.com
- Login using the username and password you created when you signed up for Pinventory.
- Click on the blue circle to open “Legal Name Changes.”
- Click “Add Legal Name Change.”
- Fill out the fields.
- Click “Save Changes.”
- Click the blue pencil icon to edit a “Legal Name Change.”
- Choose a field to edit.
- Click “Save.”
- Click on the red trash icon to delete a “Legal Name Change.”
- On the “Attention” screen, click “Yes” to continue deleting.
- Click “Restore Deleted.”
- Find the “Legal Name Change” you want to restore.
- Check the box under “Restore.”
- Click “Restore.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
- Click the green circle icon to hide a “Legal Name Change” from a secondary user.
- Find the name of the “User” you want to hide the record from.
- Check the box under “Do Not Share.”
- Click “Not Share With.”
- A confirmation message will appear; click “Ok.”
