Pinventory Platform
General Updates:
1. Required fields in a record are now indicated with an asterisk (*) next to the label for that field.
2. Next to the Documents button within a record, a message has been included to clarify that the content of a document will not appear in a report. Only attachments of the Photo type will be visible.
Home Inventory Module:
1. New fields: the Lot # and Timeslot fields have been added to the details tab of an inventory record. These fields are used in the Sell Items (MaxSold) auction catalogs.
2. In the Inventory module list screen, the Box # column has been replaced with the Lot # field.
3. On the Inventory module list screen, we've introduced a new checkbox field labeled "Show Hidden Search Fields." This feature allows users to display or conceal the Description, Box #, Rec Order No, and Brand fields. Furthermore, the information within these fields can be searched using the Search box.
Sell Items (MaxSold) functionality:
1. We're expanding the catalog data exported to MaxSold by incorporating additional fields. Specifically, information such as Lot #, Measurements, Condition, and Timeslot field data, which are captured in the Inventory records, will now be included in the record information sent to MaxSold upon catalog submission. While only the Lot # field is mandatory, the other three fields—Measurements, Condition, and Timeslot—are optional.
2. The Lot Source option (Custom/Auto) has been eliminated. Instead, all Lot Numbers will now be customized values entered either directly in the Inventory record or they can still be added/edited in the Auction Catalog Items screen.
3. We've introduced a Print Screen function to the Sell Items list screen. This allows users to print the auction details along with the submission status.
4. On the Auction Catalog Items screen, a Show Hidden Catalog Fields checkbox field has been added. Once checked, the Condition, Measurements, and Timeslot fields are made visible to the right of the Auction ID field, allowing the user to review the field contents before submitting the auction catalog. The contents of these fields are also searchable using the Search box.
Critical Documents Module (New Fields)
New fields:
1. Document Owner - this field is populated from the Personal Contacts module.
2. Document Subtype - The Document Type and Document Subtype fields have a similar relationship to the Item Type and Item Subtype in the Inventory module. The Document Subtype is a subcategory of the Document Type field. A Document Type must be selected for a Document Subtype to be selected. All Subtypes are custom-created by the user in the Manage Dropdowns function.
Reports Module:
Home Inventory:
1. For Inventory reports that have the Rec Ord Num field defined in the default sort order, the Rec Ord Num has been added to the report. A new parameter has been added to show/hide this field on the report.
MaxSold:
1. Condition, Measurements, and Timeslot fields have been added to the MaxSold reports.
Critical Documents:
1. Document Owner and SubType have been added to the following reports:
- All Fields – 1 Photo – Columnar
- All Fields – 1 Photo/Row – Itemized
- All Fields - Columnar
2. All Fields - 1 Photo - Columnar: A new parameter - Use Document Type as the report header, has been added. A new parameter - Page Break after each Document Type has been added.
Custom Logos
- Simply navigate to the Reports page and explore the newly added Custom Logo tab.
- Upload a single logo to replace the Pinventory logo.
- Adjust the parameter on each report by changing the Use Custom Logo value from Pinventory to Custom Logo.
- Preview your report as usual, and witness your logo prominently displayed at the top left of the page.
Home Inventory
- We've introduced a new option to capture the Home Inventory list screen; it's called a "Print Screen" button. Click on "Show All" and, if preferred, export it to PDF.
- We've reorganized the fields, particularly on the Detail tab within the Home Inventory module, grouping them based on their intended purpose.
- Within the Inventory section on the Home Inventory Items list screen, the "Brand" and "Rec Order No" fields have been incorporated with the "Description" as concealed fields available for searching. The "Search" field serves as an additional filter, showcasing items with matching values in visible columns, along with the hidden "Description", "Brand", and "Rec Order No" fields that are not visible on the screen.
Reports
- We've added a new, sortable field called "Rec Order Number" (Rec Ord No). This field is currently found in the "Common Fields - 1 Photo - Columnar" report.
- We've renamed the 'Core' reports to 'Common Fields' reports to provide a better description of the reports containing the most commonly reported on inventory fields.
- We've added a new report, 'Common Fields - 1 Photo - Columnar' which will display the most commonly used fields in one report including "Item Name", "Item Type", "Item SubType", "Item Location", "Floor Level", "Inventory ID", and "Rec Order No".
Reports
- We've made your report handling faster! Now, when you open reports, they'll show just 3 records by default. If you need to see all the records, simply use the "Show # Records" parameter to select the complete report.
Manage Accounts
- We've introduced a new section called "Manage Account" in the Navigation bar. Here, you can access Account Information along with the Modules My Account, Manage Users, and Manage Profiles. You can find these options both in the new section and by clicking on the Gear icon at the top right of the screen.

Five new fields have been added to Vehicles Inventory Items that allow you to add the following additional information to track insurance:

Reports
- The reports menu underwent a reorganization, with a particular emphasis on renaming the reports to better reflect their focus. As an illustration, reports are now categorized under headings such as Insurance, Purchases, HI App, Appraisals, and so forth. Subsequently, they are further specified to indicate whether photos are included and what format each report follows, such as Itemized, Columnar, Continuous, Worksheet, and more.
Reports
- Three new Appraisal reports have been added, two of which are in list format with one including a photo, and the third is a detail report displaying data on one record per page.
- A modified detail report showing primarily detail and financial fields, which includes 2 photos per row has been added.
- The Moving/Storage list report now includes the Misc Move field.
Home Inventory
- A new field, Document Name, was added to Critical Documents.
- The field Type was renamed to Document Type in Critical Documents.
Reports
- A new report, All Items List, Purchases Values 1 Photo, has been added. This list report captures both purchase and current values, with sum totals by Residence and Report.
- A new report, All Items w/ Details wo Moving - 2 Photos, has been added. Similar to the standard detail report, this report does not include the Moving/Storage fields as well as a few other fields.
Reports
- You can now control what information is displayed in the bottom left field under the photo. Choose from 6 options: Item Name (default); Location + Item Name; Floor + Location + Item Name; Floor + Item Name; Location + Inventory ID + Item Name; Inventory ID + Item Name.
Reports
- The Preview Parameters Arrow button has been removed and the Parameters window can now be opened by simply clicking on the "Filter" icon.
- Utilizing the new "Floor Level" field, items can now be filtered by floor.
- The All Photos Only - 2/Page report has been modified to include the following features:
- The report can now be filtered by floors when utilizing the new "Floor Level" field.
- Options for customer headers have expanded to include a Custom Title, Floor Level - Location, or just Location as a page header.
- Page breaks can be generated at each location change.
- Photo names can be hidden.
Home Inventory
- When the field item Category is selected, you can now select a pre-populated "SubType" or create your own.
Reports
- A new Asset Distribution report has been added to provide a list of items, including who they're designated to be gifted to.
MaxSold
- When submitting a catalog, the Item Name is now provided for every record that does not meet the required field restriction.
File Sizes
- The file size limit for File type attachments has been increased from 10mb to 25mb per file.
- Pinventory Companion App
- The device is prevented from entering lock/sleep mode while records are being saved.
