How to Add a Document

  1. Go to www.pinventory.net.
  2. Login using the username and password you created when you signed up for Pinventory.

  1. Click on the Member Profile picture for the profile you want to access.

  1. Click on the “Home Inventory” section on the left side of the screen to expand the menu.

  1. Click on “Home Inventory Items, Vehicles, or Critical Documents.”

  1. Click on the blue pencil icon to open an inventory record.

  1. Click “Add Documents.”

  1. Click “Choose Files.”

  1. Choose the document that needs to be uploaded to the record and click “Open.”

  1. Click “Save.”

  1. Add additional documents by repeating the above steps if needed.

  1. Click “Save Changes.”
